This unsealed, PTFE-free frying pan from the TAVOS series of the Austrian traditional brand MÄSER is made of high-quality chrome nickel steel and is perfect for crispy or sharp searing as well as for reducing fons, caramelising, flambéing and frying. The easy-grip cold metal handle ensures that you can handle the hot pan without the pot holders. The encapsulated sandwich base not only saves energy when roasting, but also keeps the food warm after the stove is turned off. Like the popular predecessor series Varuna, the stainless steel cooking series Tavos is dishwasher safe. However, we generally recommend hand cleaning for cookware for a particularly long service life.
